If you have a membership, whether regular or trial, and you experience a "loop" when trying to login where you are re-directed to a page asking you to join again, this is a browser based issue.
One or more of the following should solve it
a) Clear Cookies
b) Try inputting this into the address bar with the appropriate variables in place. This will not work in Internet Explorer.
c) Clear Cache
d) Clear Stored Passwords
e) Try a browser that you normally do not use
