Why Am I Receiving An Error Message When I Try to Unzip a Download?

If you are receiving an error message, or being asked for a password when attempting to unzip a download, it means that your download did not complete before the session timed out.  You can resolve this by re-downloading the file.

If the issue persists, please send us the name of the set, resolution, and site that you are having problems with.

Hi, I'm not real sure about this but it may also be the firewall setting being turned on, (it may need to be turned off). I don't have a problem with that on Metart but I have had problems with another site and that is what the solution was.
