Our Customer Care team is always glad to assist you with any issue that you may have. While we do close twice a year to allow our staff to celebrate holidays with their families, someone is on hand every other day of the year to help. Tickets are answered in order of priority. That means that a ticket with a login issue will take priority over a ticket asking us to identify a model.
Typically, you can expect a response within 24 hours, though your problem will often be resolved faster than that. Issues that require escalation to the Customer Care Supervisor or to a developer require additional time.
