Q - Where does the merchandise ship from?  

A - Store purchases are shipped from the United States.

Q - I am an international customer.  Will I need to pay customs?

A - You may.  Please contact your local Customs authority for up-to-date information.

Q - How will my order be shipped?

A - We currently offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  You select the method you want to utilize during the order process.

Q - How can I track my order?

A - When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Q - Is my credit card information secure?

A - We do not store your credit card information. We utilize a third party payment processor.
